The company specializes in dynamic balancing of crankshafts (crankshafts) with a flywheel and a basket:

The balancing process goes through the following stages:

  1. Stage preparation machine to work. To do this, lay the crankshaft on the machine rollers, install the drive belt, position sensor and shaft speed.
  2. Next, the connecting rods are weighed out and the pistons, fingers, rings and stoppers are weighed to select the masses of balancing weights (for V-shaped engines).
  3. We fix the balancing weights (for V-engines).
  4. Adjust the frequency of rotation of the shaft.
  5. The crankshaft rotation stops automatically at the same time as the balancing results are displayed on the screen. The measurement process lasts no more than 20 seconds. All that is needed is the angular positions and unbalance values ​​for each correction plane.
  6. It remains only to push the drilling machine installed on the balancing equipment and correct the imbalance by drilling a hole in the right place and to the appropriate depth.
  7. At the last stage, a control measurement of the imbalance is carried out in order to ensure the accuracy of the shaft balancing result.
  8. After working with the crankshaft, we install the flywheel, we start and measure the amount of imbalance, then we correct the imbalance value.
  9. Fasten the basket and repeat the imbalance adjustment stage.
  10. The final stage consists in balancing the front pulley according to the flywheel and basket principle.
