Shaft Position Diagnostics
We check the actual shaft position and determine the presence of displacement or misalignment between connected units.
Dnipro — All of Ukraine
We perform precise alignment of shafts, drives, pumps, gearboxes, fans, and other industrial equipment using laser systems. We help reduce vibrations, load on units, and the risk of premature equipment wear.

Laser measurement detects all types of deviations—parallel axis misalignment, angular misalignment, and combined misalignment, where both defects are present simultaneously.
Our equipment: the ABB-701 laser system
We use the ABB-701 professional laser alignment system. The device features a two-coordinate measurement system, so alignment in both the horizontal and vertical planes is performed without changing the position of the measuring units. Measurements are taken while the shafts are rotating—with freely selectable positions and directions of rotation, which is convenient when access to the unit is limited.
For equipment with drive mechanisms where shaft connection accuracy and stable operation without excessive vibrations are important.

We check the actual shaft position and determine the presence of displacement or misalignment between connected units.
We use precise laser systems to detect deviations that are difficult to identify with standard methods.
We adjust electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, and other equipment with rotating elements.
We help correctly position units to reduce load on bearings, couplings, shafts, and other structural elements.
After alignment, we recheck the indicators to ensure the accuracy of the completed work.
Proper alignment helps reduce vibration load, extend equipment service life, and improve operational stability.
Based on the work results, we provide recommendations for further operation, condition monitoring, and the need for additional maintenance.
We perform alignment directly at the client’s site, without the need to transport equipment to a repair facility.
